Good Evening and all I can say it Sorry...we are on Duke time. They finally got Bo's vocal cord procedure done late this evening and everything looks good, but tomorrow morning will be the true test. He was sedated when I left tonight (awake enough to mouth that he loved me) so we will test those vocal cords tomorrow. With that being said, they put Bo back on the vent to rest tonight (he has multiple procedures done lately and needs some TLC) That will restart the clock of time of the vent, but to be honest I am not as concerned with that anymore. I know Bo can get off the vent, I just want him to do it without stressing his body out. So when we leave next time it will be for good. No more stress. Please pray that he can get the necessary rest and all test will come back negative so we can just rest and move on.
The next couple days should be uneventful with Bo just resting and working on getting his lungs to properly oxygenate getting the carbon dioxide out of his system that built up.
Take Care and Love
Christi, Addi and Bo

It is important to remember it takes one day at a time filled with baby steps. Bo, we love you and pray every day for your complete recovery.

Congrats on the progress Bo. I've been out of the loop a while and it's so good to hear how well your doing. I don't think it can be said enough, Christi you are awesome. Keep fighting Bo and I can't wait for you to get your butt to Hooterville for some golf. I've got the foresome set up. Me and Jim Sparks will play you and Lee for $100 a hole.

I hope you all got a good night's rest. Maybe this is a good time for Bo and you to rest and rebuild your reserves for the next push to get out of the hospital. I hope he gets to talk to you today.

We will get there Christi. I know it seems like you are doing two steps forward, one step back but eventually he will get there. If you think about how far he has come it is nothing short of a miracle. Every time I tell people about Bo they are in awe. God always has had a different plan for you guys. Will pray again for hte CO2 to come down again at dinner. We can trade prayers and you can give one up for my dad if you get the chance. he had a CAT scan today and they think he might have a tumor on his spinal column. Give Bo our love.

hang in there,
