Hello -mid afternoon reporting here...Bo just made it through the GJ procedure and it appears without a hitch, wouldn't that be a surprise and a blessing. This will help greatly in getting nourishment in Bo to get him stronger and getting him out of here. The next step today is the Heprin, blood thinning to work on the clots and pray, pray, pray for my sanity and the doctors that Bo does not bleed again on his left side. (If that happens they will have another procedure to remove that fluid) So we can all hope that Bo will work with us again.
Patience is a big part of this process, so please be patient with us for I feel we are heading in the right direction, it just might take us a moment to get there.
I will let you know how the afternoon goes.
Love
Christi

Dear Christi,

Here is what the word on camps for Miss Addi is so far.

Raleigh Parks and Recreation has summer camps and classes, many of which are for half days. Possibly Durham or Chapel Hill would have similar programs.

and

CASE – Art camp at the Carrboro Arts Center

Sorry for the funky formating. I'm glad Bo got the GJ tube without incident, no one gets better on an empty stomach.

hope this helps,

Jenn in CA

That is great news!!!! We will continue to pray the this afternoon goes well!
My cousin sent some names of sitters in the Apex area, if you are interested in them, feel free to email me at rices2002@bellsouth.net and I will forward them on to you! She also said to check out the parks and rec websites for the area that you are closes to but I think someone above mentioned that! Good luck today, we will hope for continued good news later this afternoon! Eat up BO!!!

Christi,

Wanted to let you know that we had a fun playdate and lunch with Addi and your Mom today. As you would imagine every time a new person showed up at the park Addi would announce "there's So and So and So and So's MOM" Very funny. I am sure she will be very happy to tell you about the green caterpillar they found. Poor thing is lucky to have made it out alive with all the "Love" it was getting.
I am happy for Bo to be getting some lunch today! Tell him Addi had pizza at Brooklyn South!
Take care. Kristen

Christi please be patient with US. We who check the blog numerous times a day, to just hear another ray of hope in his recovery, do not have a clue what you are going through.
We all continue to pray.

Christi,
This was great news. We will pray the Heprin works on his clots. Hang in there. You are such a rock for Bo. I hope you are able to relax and get some rest in the evening. Bo would want you to take care of yourself, too. Hope you are getting some leads for Addi.
We love you both,
Aunt Mary and Uncle Jeff

Hi Christi,
Things are definitely heading in the right direction! I'm SO glad to hear the good news and continue to pray for Bo, not to mention the rest of your family! You guys have all been so strong which I find admirable! I know we all continue to read this blog religiously and each day gets brighter! Again, we're all here for you and can't wait for the day we see your smiling faces back here at the office! :) Take good care of yourself, Bo, and beautiful Addi! :)

Please let Bo know I said "Hello & keep up the fight!"

I just wanted to let you know that we are praying for your family here in Pensacola, FL. I have been reading the blogs and I'm happy there is good news. Bo was in a rehab class with my sister Marilyn. We will continue to pray because we are a family that knows God works miracles. Your little girl is beautiful and I hope it works out for you to have her close to you. Jackie Miller, Pensacola, Florida

Wonderful news about the procedure this afternoon. We will pray for the blood thinning to work without any complications. On a lighter note, it always throws me when I see another response from "Donelle". I always think, "that's not what I wrote." Get some rest tonight.
God Bless,
Donnelle Graham

Hi Bo & Christi,
Thanks so much Christi, for fighting this with Bo. I am SOOO excited to hear you are awake Bo, and coming thru this so strong. I have visited with my pastor several times this week. Just wanted you to know that he and my family are fervently saying prayers for you and we all love you very much! Sam asks about you all the time and I keep giving her updates. Mom constantly keeps the family updated on the blog (she loves you so much) and Dad says to tell you to get well soon so that he'll have someone to beat at golf!! Sorry you are just now getting a post from us... I have posted a couple of other times recently but they never went thru. What can I say? I am technologically challenged :) -- We love you with all our hearts and hope you are back to your old self again soon.

Love,
Jenny
