Just a quick note that is a little funny...Addi just had a epiphany.
"Mommy, I just thought of something...I am glad Daddy's in Heaven"
"Why is that Addi"
"Because when Daddy is in heaven, he can make my dreams come true." Arms thrown up into the air...I start to think I am so proud of her...then it comes
"Addi what do you wish for?" ....drum roll
"More Toys!"
And to think Christmas is here in 363 more days! At least she did mention something about giving her old toys away...
She does know her Daddy though and it will probably happen, somehow...
Love to All
Christi and Addi
PS - Happy Birthday Big Brother!

Hey Christi and Addi,
So glad to read happy words. You and the family have been in my thoughts and prayers. Addi is such a precious little girl! Just like the Bo I know finding the best in all situations! Wishing you continuous joy in the little blessings! Leigh Ann

Christi-
Kathleen Ausley here. I spent many a summer hanging out with Bo at the Elks Pool in hendersonville, and then enjoyed my high school years with him in my classes... For some time in '08 &'09, I was able to send you & Bo blogs every once in while to just let you know that I was thinking and praying for you...I was out of town the week that Bo passed, and did not get word til holiday time. Here I am, just now, here to send you my most sincere condolenses...Your love & strength & fight & COURAGE has INSPIRED me to no end. I know I dont 'know' you, but I am proud to know your love story. I will ALWAYS remember your witty, charismatic, SILLY husband! He was one in a million. This year marks our 20th high school reunion, and I sincerely would love to see our class pay tribute to Bo. I'm sure between Lee and Scott (and all his other guys) they've already got something in the works. If they arent able to 'handle' it? I'll be happy to put the time/work into it. SO, if you could, PLEASE relay the message that I would be honored to help in any way they need. (Shouldnt be putting my cell phone/email on a blog I know, but here it is for you to forward or to use for yourself...704-577-1987& kausley@yahoo.com.)
God bless you, Christi and lil' Addi too. None of us ever know what life is going to dish out to us, but please know that youve inspired so many with your story of love. I wish you well, and look forward to the day I might get to meet you in person....
Much love to you and your families...
Sincerely-
Kathleen Ausley McMahan
