Hello everyone - I hope that everyone is doing well. We are running the same here. I am beginning to think I may not be able to post everyday. I might begin to post when our exciting (good) news happens. We will see, I might miss talking and pretending I have a captive audience. Bo spent most of the day resting learning more and more exercises for his diaphragm and the muscles that assist the diaphragm. He is loving PT right now...whatever it takes to get out of the hospital.
On another note, I truly know Addi is her Daddy's daughter. She is "selling" it all the time now. Last night she didn't want to go to bed when it was dark outside, so we started stalling. Normally Mommy doesn't humor her to much, but she was trying to hard. First we had to read one more story, then we had to do one more dance, then turn out all the lights, then "Mommy will you lay down with me?" (My first mistake) Then we had to say night-night to all our animal friends in the bed with us...then the cherry on top. "Mommy you want to snuggle?" Needless to say I think I feel asleep first, but I had the best little arms around me. Sometimes I wonder who is taking care of who anymore?
Rest up, because we are going to bed again soon
Love
Christi, Addi and Bo

Christi,Addi, and Bo,
Those little arms are so right. Enjoy them why you can, they will grew big sooner than you can imagine. She does sound like her Daddy's daughter.
Tell Bo to keep working hard. All those baby steps will add up and he will be home sooner than later.
Take care and know our hearts are with you every step of the way.
Love,
Aunt Mary and Uncle Jeff

Christi, you tell Bo I had a dream about our upcoming (gulp...) 20 year high school class reunion last night(not til 2010, but you know how time flies...) I dreamt I just ran up and hugged him so hard! and then I freaked out that I was hugging him too hard and Bo said "You're not gonna break me, girrrrrrrrrrrl!"
So I just dove right in for another big ole HUG! That occasion will be here before we know it, and I cant wait for the opportunity to HUG your neck at the same time as Bo's! Keep pushing on the road youre on....all three of you are inspiration to so many....including ME. You're in my thoughts & prayers every single day!!!!! :-)
Kathleen
ps-when that reunion day does get closer? I really want to do something special for you-your story is just so.....Lord, EVERYTHING? Inspirational, miraculous, celebretory! It'll be so great to celebrate your LIFE in addition to catching up with all the ole classmates. It makes me look forward to it all the more-
:-)

Good to hear the PT is providing a focus for fighting. Getting out of a hospital is always a good goal. Go Bo!!

(None o' my business, but if you don't feel like posting everyday, I wouldn't do it. My sister did that vigil and I wish she would have taken a day or two off. You really need to be a little self-caring sometimes.)

Hi Christi, keep up your spirits - we are all out here even though you may not hear from us as often. We are silently listening. We had a big day at EquiTrust today as we rolled out our Income Rider on all of our Index products and we had several new people from FIG who called in to be part of the webinar - so FIG must have hired some new folks. Way to go. Have a great weekend and hang in there.

Christi,
We really really really appreciate the daily updates. Even when there is not a lot to report. I check my computer more than once a day for Blog updates. Each time I do I say a prayer for BO's increasing the strength in the muscles around his lungs.

Christi,
Please continue to post blogs as often as you're able. I check this everyday, just waiting for anything new. You, Bo and Addi have been on my mind for days now. I say a prayer for all three of you daily. You are in my heart, my thoughts and my prayers. Your blogs are greatly appreciated.
